I started my coaching sessions with CAL Coaching at a point in time that I found myself to be unsatisfied with the direction my life had taken. Talking to Conny I came to realise that it is in my nature to take matters in my own hands. So together we identified the areas I was most displeased with after which we set goals for each session to work on. Conny her questioning techniques provided me with the self reflection that was needed. She sympathised but was also tough when needed to keep me on track with my targets.

In a short period I have not only gained new insights into what I want out of life and how to best position myself for that, but also reached my goals. I really enjoyed the coaching sessions of Conny and can recommend her to anyone who wants and needs a fresh new view on matters or if you just like to have a bouncing partner to wrestle ideas with. Whatever is your topic, Conny for sure will help you further.

I met Cornelia after a not so easy move to Sweden. I had the impression my life had collapsed and all what I had (hard) worked for and what I believed in was wrong or had turned into something badly wrong. She helped me within a few sessions to get back on my feet, to see where I want to go/to be and what are my priorities in life. Not to do something out of affection just to solve (will I really do it acting in a hectic manner???) the problems. To take a deep breath and find my inner self again was the best choice she offered. She asked simple questions (with obviously no easy answers), did not try to push me somewhere, she just let me think things through and subsequently act. Thank you for helping me to be myself again; you are really a great coach. It was also fantastic to talk to her in German.

Cornelia helped guide me through numerous challenging times coaching me as a team leader and also individually. She is a highly skilled listener with keen abilities through appropriate probing questions to drill down exactly where necessary to foster introspection and growth. I highly recommend Cornelia. She is a wonderful person and coach.

Working with Conny has been a great experience for me, being at a stage, of spending some years with my children it was time to see what I wanted to do with my life, Conny has a brilliant way of asking questions that makes you think and question the path you wish to take, with these thought provoking questions the decision that one makes is well thought out and analyzed.  Not only is CAL Coaching for career, the experience can be used in everyday life decisions.

I highly recommend Conny at CAL Coaching for an experience that you will use for the rest of your life.

My sincerest thanks for all your support over the past 2 years. I really enjoyed our sessions and gained skills and tools that I will use for the rest of my career.

Both my husband and colleagues have heard me start many sentences with ‘my coach told me…….’

You are clearly passionate about what you do and I always felt warmth and genuine interest from you when we spoke, which means I probably spoke way too much and you got to learn about every detail of my life. I also forgive you for never telling me what to do even though I tried hard to get explicit instructions from you.

How you supported and kept it real and made me work hard to reach my realisations and make things happen by never giving up. I like your style. And thank you for being authentic and fun.

For nearly six months I was subject to the personal coaching skills of Conny Lexa from CAL Coaching. What a ride it was. Without any pre-determined topic to coach, the first sessions kicked off and immediately we had stories that could fill an entire evening. Conny asked the right questions to stimulate conversation and made you think deeply about your own viewpoint towards certain topics. The mirror she brought up was exactly what was needed to make you look at things form a different perspective. It made you consider why certain decisions or actions you had to make or made before, were proven necessary or beneficial for future events. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Sometimes it wasn’t always easy to think and feel deeply about why you acted in a certain way or why you did not. The self-reflection though was really important and Conny knew perfectly well how to find the right buttons to push to get the answer she (actually you) were looking for. I concluded the session with a great deal of extra luggage that will not only help me professionally in coaching my own teams but also personally in the day-to-day communication with family, friends and acquaintances.

A very welcome experience and for sure recommended for those that seek proper coaching.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

My coaching journey with Cornelia was a lovely and very fulfilling experience!

Without any doubt, Cornelia has much experience in the field of coaching and has a very subtle way of creating a “safe” environment where it feels comfortable to “let go” and share the topics to be addressed. I started the coaching with Cornelia during a period where I was actually too busy … busy managing a changing team environment, busy assisting demanding clients. Yet I realised very quickly that my sessions with Cornelia were about … ME. This was MY time! And clearly, Cornelia has been quite successful bringing the conversation back to “me” in those (many) occasions where I was going off on tangent. Coaching sessions with Cornelia do not come for free. My price … fulfil the commitments that we agreed upon during our sessions and report back on them in our following session (or even through short communications between our session). It is all about making those small steps in the new direction I wanted to take both for my professional as well as personal development. I very much appreciated Cornelia’s approach at the start of a new session. She has a great ability to connect to previous conversations whist at the same time exploring new topics. It made the sessions very “open”, but within a certain framework. The objective of coaching journey was not about solving all possible issues! It was about getting some good tools, tools that work for ME. Cornelia was able to give me these tools.

A lovely experience and nice journey.
